组织器官稳态、代谢及再生修复的在体解析
实验室致力于开发和应用最前沿的多尺度成像技术平台,将光学成像与体电子显微学(vEM)等多种模态的成像手段有机整合,实现从组织器官到亚细胞结构的跨尺度、高分辨率动态观测。在此基础上,结合活体荧光标记、遗传谱系示踪以及精准的遗传操控等技术,在完整的活体生理环境中,对复杂生物学过程开展系统性研究。我们关注的核心科学问题包括:机体如何感知并修复生理性损伤?营养物质和能量如何在不同组织器官之间动态运输与合理分配?造血系统与免疫系统如何协同维持机体的功能稳态?这些问题不仅是当前生命科学领域的前沿热点,也直接关系到人类健康与疾病发生的根本机制。与此同时,我们深入探索组织器官如何在生命周期中维持结构完整性和功能稳态,以及衰老和相关疾病如何逐步破坏这一精细平衡。通过揭示其中的动态分子调控网络,希望为开发靶向干预策略和再生修复方案提供新的理论依据和技术路径。
