细胞器互作稳态与代谢调控
真核细胞拥有多种功能特异的细胞器,细胞器间通过膜接触位点实现动态互作网络,是维持细胞稳态、保障机体正常生理代谢的核心基础。研究组聚焦细胞器互作稳态与代谢性疾病发病机制研究,依托高通量筛选、多组学分析和三维结构重构等前沿技术体系,结合基因编辑修饰、代谢性疾病动物模型等研究手段,深入探究细胞器互作稳态的代谢调控机制,揭示其失衡诱发代谢紊乱的分子机理。研究旨在阐明肥胖、2型糖尿病、慢性肝病等代谢性疾病的发病机制,为疾病的精准靶向干预、临床防治及药物研发提供坚实的理论基础。
