基因表达调控驱动代谢重塑

研究内容

代谢重塑是细胞和组织适应环境变化的重要生物学过程,其异常与肥胖、糖尿病、癌症等重大疾病密切相关。代谢重塑依赖于精细的基因表达调控,因此,全面解析代谢重塑的基因表达调控机制是实现代谢性疾病精准干预的重要基础。研究组致力于研究基因表达调控如何驱动代谢重塑,重点解析细胞如何将遗传信息和环境刺激转化为特定的基因表达程序,从而实现代谢适应。通过结合三维基因组学、功能基因组学、单细胞组学、表观遗传学、高通量筛选及基因编辑等前沿技术,系统研究基因表达调控与代谢重塑之间的分子联系,并探索其在代谢性疾病中的转化应用。主要研究方向包括:(1)三维基因组与代谢性疾病遗传机制;(2)代谢物与细胞间通讯介导的代谢反馈。
